Well although the award show is relatively new, the “awards” themselves are not. The awards ceremony use to be an online thing hosted by FANNSTAR (all of the awards are decided by the fans) but this time they decided to make it a physical show and a lot of popular groups show up including BTS (fresh off their Order of Cultural Merit win), TWICE, Red Velvet, iKON, Super Junior (from the olden days), Mamamoo, GFriend etc. The awards of the night was as follow……

The award ceremony is suppose to be more of a FANFARE event than more about the awards. It’s basically a place where singers can directly interact with fans and stuff like that. BTS thanks their little ARMY for sticking with them when accepting the Daesang (grand award) of the night.
